Welcome to the Physics Home Page. You should check this site often along with your online grade to access class information and check your grade.
The study of physics is the general analysis of nature, conducted in order to understand how the universe behaves. Using developed skills from math, this course dives into Newton's Laws, mechanics and motion, universal gravitation, static electricity, circuits, magnetism, waves, and optics.
Some Class Information:
More responsibility will be on the student's part to be prepared for class, which includes studying the material. Also, the following need to be brought to class everyday: Calculator, Computer, Pen/Pencil, Planner, Paper (your own - not borrowed), notebook.
Be ready to work. By working hard together, we will have a wonderful year. Not only will you learn physics, but you will also gain problem solving skills.
These links are helpful tools to provide
further studies and simulations as a supplemental
for additional resources. I will be referencing these
often during class.
